A Lead is responsible for overseeing their crew. They ensure the safety of their crew by providing regular training. They also ensure the quality of the shift’s work. The Lead has excellent knowledge of coffee and food products. The Lead has responsibility for ensuring that employees on their schedule serve all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer, and performing all of the team member duties.
Supervisors schedule work shifts. Train employees, give employee feedback on the success of their job performance, solve workplace challenges and conflicts, and performing all employee duties.
The Manager is responsible for the success of all parts of the organization including, hiring, staffing, training new employees, coaching, and developing existing employees, dealing with performance problems and terminations, problem resolution and decision-making, keeping the owner abreast of all activities in the store, ordering goods and supplies and performing all employee duties.
